“Casket of Precious Tales”

On January 26, 2024, librarians from the Marinovskaya Rural Children’s Library visited the preparatory group of secondary school No. 1.
Librarians for preschoolers conducted a literary portrait “Casket of Precious Tales” for the 145th anniversary of P.P. Bazhov.
Goal: to familiarize children with the biography and work of the writer, to awaken interest in reading the author’s works.
P. Bazhov was born in the Urals, into a family of hereditary mining masters. He was an inspired singer of his region and its difficult history. And the writer’s work — his books of Ural tales and fairy tales — has become a most valuable heritage, which has been gratefully used by more than one generation of people. These books are destined to have a long life.
