“Birds — heroes of fairy tales and stories”

On 02/04/2024, the Pokrovsk Rural Library held a game — a quiz “Birds — heroes of fairy tales and stories”, dedicated to International Bird Day (environmental education).
At the meeting, children learned about the history of the holiday, the benefits of birds, their role in nature and human life. The quiz game was interesting and educational, where you had to find out from excerpts from the works which bird the author was talking about, the quiz “What kind of bird? Guess!”, they actively guessed riddles. The library has a book exhibition “Birds — Our Friends”, which presents books whose main characters are our feathered friends.
