“My Dad through the Lens of Events”

On June 14, 2024, in the Novoselskaya rural library, on the eve of Father’s Day, a photo competition “My Dad through the Lens of Events” was held. In 2024, Fathers’ Day falls on June 16th. The development of the institution of fatherhood in Kazakhstan is one of the priority tasks of the country’s state family and gender policy. It is widely recognized that involving fathers in the upbringing and care of children not only has a positive impact on the overall development of the child, but also strengthens families. The family of Rybakovs, Sultangazins, Pols, Kleimenovs, Gapasyuks, Safonovs, etc. took part in the photo competition. Also, with the support of the Light of the Heart PF, the fathers of the village of Novoselskoye, who are raising children in single-parent families, were given food packages. Goal: maintaining traditions of respect for the father, establishing partnerships and cooperation between father and child in the family, popularizing family reading, cultivating love, an affectionate, sensitive attitude towards dad, a sense of pride in one’s father.
