«World Nomad Games — 2024»

On October 29, 2024, as part of the revival of the customs and traditions of the Kazakh people, the Novomarinovskaya rural library held an information hour «World Nomad Games — 2024» dedicated to the 5th World Nomad Games.
Goal: preservation of cultural heritage, popularization of national sports.
The librarian told readers that the 5th World Nomad Games, which were held in Astana in September 2024, became a significant event that contributed to the cultural rapprochement of peoples and the development of ethnic sports. These nomad games were held on the initiative of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev in Astana and became a significant event on the globe. A video was also watched. Competitions under the motto «Meeting in the Great Steppe» are designed to promote the cultural rapprochement of fraternal peoples, as well as give an additional impetus to the development of ethnic sports in the world.
