«Unique dishes of Kazakh cuisine»
On September 20, 2024, the Sepeyev rural library held a creativity festival «Unique dishes of Kazakh cuisine» to introduce students to the history of the origin of national dishes.
Nomadic life laid the foundation for Kazakh national cuisine many centuries ago. In difficult climatic conditions, a lot of energy was required, so high-calorie dishes and a large amount of meat and milk became the main companions of the Kazakhs.
Kazakh food is a symbiosis of customs and traditions. There were no side dishes in Kazakh cuisine before. Meat was eaten in its pure form.
Modern Kazakh cuisine is very diverse, balanced and healthy.
Food in Kazakhstan is more than food. Every guest at the feast is welcome, which means that he needs to be well fed.
