Tragedy and Valor of the Afghan War

On February 14, 2025, a patriotic hour «Tragedy and Valor of the Afghan War» was held in the Sepeyevskaya rural library on the Day of the Withdrawal of Soviet Troops from Afghanistan. The librarian spoke about the courage and professionalism of soldiers who, in the most difficult conditions, showed fortitude and nobility, remaining faithful to the military oath. The books presented at the book exhibition «My Pain, Afghanistan» tell about the heroism of soldiers and officers who fulfilled their international duty in military operations.
The purpose of this event is to foster patriotism through a respectful attitude to events related to the army, familiarize with the work of Afghan soldiers, and promote interest in the history of their country.
