“To the only mother in the world”

10/05/2024 The Borisov rural library held a library hour “To the only mother in the world” dedicated to Mother’s Day in Kazakhstan. Goal: To cultivate a sense of respect and love for the mother.
At the beginning of the event, the librarian introduced readers to the history of the holiday. We remembered proverbs and sayings about mother. Poems by N. Nekrasov, S. Yesenin, A. Akhmatova, M. Zhumabaev, A. Baitursynov were read aloud. The library has also prepared a book exhibition “The Light of Mother’s Love” for all groups of readers.
