«Thinker and Poet»

09.08.2024 Marinovskaya rural model library together with the rural children’s library and the House of Culture organized the Abaev readings «Thinker and Poet» dedicated to the 179th anniversary of the birth of the Kazakh poet, composer, educator, thinker, public figure, founder of Kazakh written literature Abai Kunanbayev.

The purpose of the event: popularization of the literary heritage of Abai, the formation of a culture of reading and literary taste and the education of patriotism.
During the event, the hosts talked about his biography and his work. Poems of Abai prepared by students were read. A book exhibition was also arranged for the event.
