They Fought for the Motherland

On November 5, 2025, at 3:30 PM, a historical hour was held for all reader groups at the Timashevskaya Rural Library, dedicated to the 110th anniversary of Malik Gablullin’s birth, on the topic «They Fought for the Motherland.»
The librarian told readers about the life of Malik Gablullin—a great son of the Kazakh people, a brave warrior, teacher, writer, and scholar.
His friends and family affectionately called him «Make.»
In the history of the Kazakh people, he occupies a worthy place alongside the great akyn Zhambyl, the scholar Qanysh Satbayev, the writer Mukhtar Auezov, Sabit Mukanov, and many other writers.
Much has been written about this man who was a master of his craft.
His life is an example for the younger generation. Despite his high rank and academic degree, Malik Gablullin retained his humanity, integrity, and modesty.
The goal of our events is to foster respect for the heroes of the Great Patriotic War and to be a patriot of one’s homeland.
