«The World of the Great Poet»

On August 9, 2024, the Pokrovskaya rural library organized a book exhibition «The World of the Great Poet» dedicated to the 179th anniversary of Abai Kunanbaev.
Objective: To instill a strong interest in studying the work of A. Kunanbaev.
The book exhibition presents materials about the life and work of Abai, his works and writings, as well as articles about him by famous personalities.
Against the background of the exhibition, the librarian spoke about the life and work of the poet, focused on the poet’s poems calling for moral education, love of nature, the significance of the poet’s wise words for his people.
The books of the great thinker, philosopher, public figure became an inspiration for many, they teach how to live, fight for happiness, but most importantly — to remain a person who has preserved spiritual wealth.
