The Musical World of Ablakhat Espayev

On November 21, 2025, as part of the program celebrating cultural anniversaries, the Borisov Rural Library held a themed hour, «The Musical World of Ablakhat Espayev,» dedicated to the Kazakh composer’s 100th birthday.
The librarian told the children about his creative work and interesting facts from his biography. The children watched a video presentation and listened to several musical excerpts from his works.
Ablakhat Smagulovich Espayev, a veteran of the Great Patriotic War, worked in the vocal genre (songs, romances, ballads, and choruses). He composed approximately 240 songs, romances, and stage music.
