The Big Spring Clean-up

05/28/25. The Central District Children’s Library held an environmental clean-up day, «The Big Spring Clean-up,» in which library staff took part. The environmental clean-up day, «The Big Spring Clean-up,» is a public initiative aimed at improving the environmental situation and landscaping. Such events usually take place in the spring, when the snow melts and the garbage that has accumulated over the winter is exposed. The main goals of the clean-up day are: cleaning parks, squares, courtyards, and coastal areas from garbage; drawing attention to environmental issues and the formation of an environmental culture among the population.
