On September 13, 2024, the Akan Kurmanov rural library held a round table meeting «Step by Step Message» dedicated to highlighting the main provisions of the President’s Address to the People of Kazakhstan dated September 2, 2024. Those present were familiarized with current issues, as well as the tasks set by the President.
