On August 9, 2024, the Esengeldy rural library held an akyn day, “Spiritual Heritage in the Constellation of Centuries,” on the birthday of Abai Kunanbayev.
The purpose of the event: to expand knowledge about the life and work of the great Kazakh poet Abai Kunanbayev.
Readers were introduced to the writer’s works, read poems, and chose the books they liked.
