«Salt dаstүrlerdi құrmetteu — boryshimyz»

22/05/2024 The Central District Children’s Library conducted an informative lesson «Salt dаstүrlerdi құrmetteu — boryshimyz».

The librarian told the students of school No. 3 that national Kazakh customs and traditions occupy the most important place in the rich culture of the Kazakh people. They contain all the inherited age-old wisdom of our ancestors, their necessary advice and comments that relate to our lives. Particular attention was paid to the sacred places of the Akmola region, which are irreplaceable objects of cultural heritage that instill love for the Fatherland and native lands.

The children actively participated in the quiz. One of the formats was an interesting skit in which librarians clearly showed some episodes of the cultural life of the Kazakh people. Useful material allowed us to fully understand the value and significance of the traditions shown.

The goals of the event are to develop readers’ knowledge about Kazakh traditions and customs, to instill in the younger generation an interest in the culture of the Kazakh people, to instill in them respect for the moral and spiritual culture of their country, their people, the sacred places of their native land, to develop creative abilities and imagination skills.
