«Philosopher and Thinker»

On August 9, 2024, the Sadovaya Rural Library held a library lesson «Philosopher and Thinker» dedicated to the 179th anniversary of Abai Kunanbayev.
Objective: acquaintance with the personality and work of the great Abai Kunanbayev.

Abai Kunanbayev is a great Kazakh poet, thinker and educator, the founder and classic of Kazakh literature, the founder of the Kazakh literary language, a unique master of words, he was also a talented composer. He created about twenty melodies that are popular even today.
The librarian also introduced the participants to the thematic exhibition «The Legacy of the Great Abai».
