“Personality and Fate”

On May 24, 2024, the Sochi Rural Library, as part of events on patriotic education and local history, prepared a historical portrait “Personality and Fate,” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the birth of Sagadat Nurmagambetov. The goal is to cultivate patriotic feelings, to show the exploits of frontline heroes as an example of courage, perseverance and patriotism, which is S. Nurmagambetov. The librarian introduced readers to the biography of a man who made a great contribution not only to the cause of Victory, but also to the process of formation of the Kazakh army. Despite all his merits, high ranks and positions, he was very modest and attentive to the people around him. For him, the first place was always not his personal well-being, but the well-being of his Motherland. Our children and teenagers should know about such people and look up to them.
