“People’s Akyn of the Kazakh Land”

15/03/2024 The Marinovskaya Rural Model Library has prepared an information minute “People’s Akyn of the Kazakh Land” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the People’s Akyn of Kazakhstan K. Shakeev.
Goal: to introduce readers to the life and work of a talented akyn, a master improviser, who invested a lot of strength and energy in the preservation and development of aitys.
Wherever he competed, wherever Koken Shakeyev crossed his verbal sword with a dombra in his hands, everywhere he was able to worthily defend the honor of his beloved Kokshetau, which he was proud of, which he loved unforgettably. With his songs and creativity, he glorified his region and his beloved fellow countrymen. He taught this to his many followers and students.
