“National Kazakh Cuisine”

On January 16, 2024, the Garden Rural Library, as part of the special project “Revival of the Customs and Traditions of the Kazakh People,” prepared an ethno-review “National Kazakh Cuisine.”
Goal: to introduce the features of Kazakh national cuisine.
To cultivate patriotism, interest and love for the history, traditions and customs of your country.
The Kazakh national cuisine, like a mirror, reflects the soul of the people, their history, customs and traditions. For a long time, hospitality has been a distinctive feature of the Kazakh people. Kazakh national cuisine is famous for its juicy and tender dishes. This is what determines the peculiarity of Kazakh cuisine.
