«National currency past and present»

On November 14, 2024, the Sochi rural library held an educational hour «National currency past and present» dedicated to the National Currency Day.
Objective: to tell about the history of the national currency, the role and significance of the tenge in the country’s economy and the life of each person, to cultivate patriotism and love for the Motherland, to form the foundations of economic knowledge.
The librarian acquainted the children with the history of the introduction of the tenge as a symbol of independence, then the game «Magic Chest» was held, during which, with the help of questions, the children consolidated the information they received about the national currency of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
