“My friends are always with me”

On March 28, 2024, as part of Children’s and Youth Book Week, the Novomarinovsk Rural Library held an hour of entertainment “My friends are always with me.”
Goal: to reveal the essence of the concept of “friendship”, to show what qualities a true friend should have, what role friends play in our lives.
The guys discussed what friendship means to them, what a friend should be like and what qualities, in their opinion, he should have? Having taken part in the “Friends in Literature” quiz, the participants remembered the heroes of literary works who were real friends — Crocodile Gena and Cheburashka, Baby and Carlson, Winnie the Pooh and Piglet. With great pleasure, the children participated in the exciting competitions “Assemble a puzzle based on a work about friends”, “Animals are friends in fairy tales” and others.
They remembered proverbs about friendship and friends, guessed riddles, played out different situations, answered serious and humorous questions. Everyone took part in competitions and quizzes. If you don’t know the answer, it doesn’t matter. Friends will always help out.
At the end of the event, together they named the rules that help maintain friendship. Among them, for example, are: help a friend in need; know how to share joy with a friend; know how to accept help, advice, do not be offended by criticism; learn to admit your mistakes and make peace with your friend.
