“My destiny is virgin land”

15/03/24, the Novomarinovskaya rural library held an hour of local history “My destiny is virgin land,” dedicated to the 70th anniversary of the development of virgin and fallow lands.
Goal: to form in readers a figurative idea of the process of developing virgin and fallow lands, to instill interest in the heroic past of the country, and to cultivate a respectful attitude towards working people.
The librarian revealed step by step the history and exploits of the famous virgin era. Excerpts from the book by L.I. were read out. Brezhnev. Readers learned a lot of interesting things: about what virgin lands are, who and where they came from to develop virgin lands, that virgin lands farmers also lived in the village of Novomarinivka and their descendants live.
