“Latin. New alphabet”

On 02/02/2024, the rural library of Akan Kurmanov, within the framework of the special project “Step-by-step transition of the Kazakh language alphabet to the Latin script,” held a conversation “Latin. New alphabet.” Purpose: to explain the importance of Kazakhstan’s transition to the Latin alphabet. During the event, it was said that the state language in the Latin alphabet will ensure satisfaction of interest for citizens of foreign countries writing in the Latin alphabet. That the adoption of the Latin alphabet by Kazakhstan is an important part of the country’s reform program.
