Zhumabek Akhmetovich Tashenov was born on March 20, 1915 in the Akmola region, Arshalinsky district, Tanakol village (Babatai village).
(Tashenov Zh.A.died November 18, 1986).
Professor Garay Sagymbaev confirmed that Dumbek Tashenov was, indeed, an effective leader. Under his leadership, the economy of the Kazakh SSR began to develop at a rapid pace.
It began to produce 2 times more electricity, coal, mineral fertilizers, meat, vegetable oil, cotton — 5 times more, cement -15, and so on.
The area of cultivated land has increased almost 4 times, there are more cultural institutions — libraries, clubs, cinemas, theaters and museums.
In addition, it was under Zhumabek Tashenov that a wave of rehabilitation of previously repressed Kazakh figures began, their works began to be published and republished.
