“Folk Akyn”

On March 15, 2024, in the Sepeevsky rural library, on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of Koken Shakeyev, a literary meeting “Folk Akyn” was held. Purpose: to acquaint readers with the life and work of one of the brightest original talents, the akyn-improviser Koken Shakeyev, who established the most popular type of folk art on our land — aitys.
