«Everything starts with the family»

On September 6, 2024, the Marinovskiy rural children’s library hosted an evening discussion «Everything starts with the family» (for Family Day).
The purpose of the event: to instill a respectful attitude towards your family, enrich and preserve family heirlooms, and to educate children to respect and love their parents.
At the beginning of the event, those present were asked the question: what does an ideal family mean to you? Everyone answered this question in their own way: it is when everyone is alive and well, when everyone can get together and celebrate some holiday, etc. The guests shared about the most precious values ​​and traditions of their family: this is the preservation, increase and transfer from generation to generation of family heirlooms, when people strive to support each other, try to make life easier and stick together as tightly as possible…
At the event, poems about family were recited by children, and crosswords were solved.
A book exhibition was arranged for the event, where they conducted a review and took a photo for memory. At the end of the event, they summed up, noting such important qualities that every family should have, as: understanding, love, respect, trust, kindness, care, help, friendship.
