Eternal melodies of Shamshi Kaldayakov

«My Kazakhstan» — Sh.Kaldayakov’s life is filled with great joy. On August 26, 2025, the Poltava rural library held an oral magazine «Eternal melodies of Shamshi Kaldayakov» for the 95th anniversary of Sh.Kaldayakov.
The librarian introduced the participants to the biography of the Kazakh composer, the author of the current anthem of Kazakhstan.
Sh.Kaldayakov is the author of many lyrical songs about the life of young people, which are very popular among the people. The composer’s creative asset includes more than 300 songs, they are performed by Kazakh pop stars. The song «My Kazakhstan» is considered the pearl of Sh.Kaldayakov’s work.
