“Domestic violence in the family”

On April 25, 2024, the Poltava Rural Library, as part of the prevention of domestic violence among children, held a round table “Domestic violence in the family.”
The purpose of the event: to form readers’ understanding of the problem of domestic violence and determine their attitude towards this phenomenon.
Those present listened to a mini-lecture “What is domestic violence, its types and consequences.”
We discussed the basic rules of behavior in situations of domestic violence. Those present were given a recommendation not to remain silent; there is always a way out of any situation and who to turn to in case of domestic violence.
