The Central District Library named after I. Yesenberlin together with the youth center of the Atbasar district organized a round table «Ata zanim — aibinim»
During the event, the presenters told the participants about the rights and obligations of a citizen, about the significance of the Constitution as the Basic Law of the state. A book exhibition on the topic was arranged for all visitors.
