“Astana, the capital of peace and friendship”

05/07/2024 As part of the celebration of the Day of the Capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, an educational excursion “Astana, the capital of peace and friendship” was held in the Borisov rural library. Participants of the event are children aged 8-10 years (Club “Reader”).
Goal: Expanding knowledge about the sights of our capital, developing creative abilities, and nurturing patriotism. The librarian introduced the children to the sights of the capital, showed a video presentation and illustrated books on the city’s panorama. The guys took part in a literary quiz and a drawing competition “Astana is the capital of Kazakhstan.”
The library has also prepared a book exhibition “Astana — the capital of peace and friendship.”
