“Anti-corruption is a common cause”
On May 21, 2024, the Garden Rural Library prepared an information post “Anti-corruption is a common cause.”
Goal: to form an idea of what corruption is, to contribute to the formation of an anti-corruption worldview, and to foster a sense of responsibility to one’s state.
The fight against corruption in Kazakhstan is identified as one of the main priorities of state policy.
Undoubtedly, corruption is a big complex problem that must be fought by the entire society as a whole.
It is impossible to defeat such an evil as corruption only through the efforts of government and law enforcement agencies. However, efforts made in the field of anti-corruption are still not producing the desired results. The ideal of control over corruption has not been achieved. And this is not accidental, since we cannot completely defeat corruption, but we can keep it under control so that it does not go beyond the limit, at least for now we can only talk about controlling corruption, and not about its complete eradication. First of all, it is necessary to strengthen legal literacy, the formation of a mentality of hostility towards corruption through education and campaigning actions, and the resulting improvement of legislation. Paramount in this aspect are the implementation of the state anti-corruption program; improving national anti-corruption legislation; increasing the level of public confidence; strengthening the image of Kazakhstan on the world stage, identifying and neutralizing the areas most susceptible to corruption.
Every person often encounters bribery. Therefore, in any environment it is necessary to show public activity in suppressing bribery and bribery. To do this, it is necessary to prevent the commission of dangerous illegal actions that threaten the activities of the public environment and government bodies, organizations, individual entrepreneurs, and citizens. Every citizen of our state is obliged to comply with the Constitution and laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, respect the rights, freedoms, honor and dignity of other persons.
We must be at a high human level when the people of Kazakhstan strive to become a country and become one of the highest states.
