«Ancient traditions of Nauryz»

17.03.2022 The Central District Library named after I.Yesenberlin together with the city library organized a festive program «Ancient traditions of Nauryz» for the spring holiday of Nauryz.
The purpose of the event: to tell about the traditions of the Kazakh people, about the celebration of the spring holiday Nauryz in Kazakhstan.
The event was attended by honorary guests: Chairman of the Council of War and Labor Veterans of the Atbasar district Musabekov Sabyrzhan Nurkenovich, Hasen ata and Bakeyuly Kazy and students of AIC with curators.
Leading events Alshinova Z. and Omarova B. told the story of the celebration of Nauryz Meirama and conducted a quiz about national dishes. A video clip on this topic was shown. The artists performed the songs «Nauryz», «Kel dedim», «Menin zhurgim young».
The ceremony «Shashu», the custom «Syrga salu» and the forgotten custom «Atbaylau» were shown, and the book exhibition «Kosh keldin Nauryz!» was also decorated.
At the end of the event, the invited guests said words of farewell to the youth, wished peace, harmony and prosperity in every home.
Sabyrzhan Nurkenovich Musabekov presented
a book to the library as a souvenir.
