“About the village where you were born”

Homeland is the place where a person was born into this world. The land where he grew up, learned about the world, made his first discoveries, lived, made friends and loved. In your native land, even special feelings overwhelm you: the sky and air are different, not the same as in a foreign land. Everything is special, everything is native, there is nothing like it anywhere else. Every blade of grass, tree and bush has its own history, its own deep connection with memories.
06/02/2024 According to the special project “Tugan Zher”, the Marinovskaya rural model library prepared an exhibition-gallery “About the village where you were born”.
Goal: fostering Kazakhstani patriotism and a sense of pride in one’s small Motherland, getting to know the history of one’s village, broadening the readers’ horizons.
The exhibition presents photographs of our village, as well as books by the author L.E. Sedelnikov, a native of the village. Marinovka.
