On 05/04/2024, the Novomarinovskaya rural library held a health hour “A healthy generation is the wealth of Kazakhstan” dedicated to World Health Day.
Goal: – to form an idea of health as one of the main values of human life, to draw attention to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
The librarian spoke about the importance of a healthy lifestyle, its value, its role in the life of every person, a healthy lifestyle, proper nutrition, therapeutic physical training, and human hygiene.
The guys shared their knowledge, their daily routine, and talked about everything related to health.
