Talanliv in Everything

n November 26, 2025, the Sepeyev Village Library compiled a literary portrait, «Talanliv in Everything,» to commemorate Shokan Ualikhanov’s 190th birthday.
Shokan Ualikhanov is a great genius of the Kazakh people, and his contribution to the spiritual development of Kazakh society is invaluable. A traveler who was always interested in the people’s lives, he wrote about them in his works. Shokan Ualikhanov’s research occupies a special place in the global scientific community and remains relevant today.
The goal of the event is to popularize the life and scientific legacy of this Kazakh scholar and educator, to introduce readers to the works of this outstanding historical figure, and to instill in young people a spirit of patriotism.
