The Main Thing, Guys, Isn’t to Grow Old in Your Heart

On October 1, 2025, the Pokrovskaya Rural Library, together with the village community center, held a festive evening of greetings titled «The Main Thing, Guys, Isn’t to Grow Old in Your Heart,» dedicated to International Day of the Elderly. E.K. Akylbaev, Akim of the Pokrovsky Rural District, addressed the villagers with congratulatory remarks. Participants in an amateur artistic group delighted the guests with songs, poems, and dances. The young performers wished everyone cheerfulness, health, and bright days. Their performance created a joyful atmosphere and left no one indifferent. Throughout the event, warm greetings and songs were heard, which the audience eagerly listened to and sang along to.
