The Wealth of Language is the Wealth of Thoughts

In honor of the Day of Languages ​​of the People of Kazakhstan, an entertaining hour entitled «The Wealth of Language is the Wealth of Thoughts» was held in the Marinovskaya Rural Model Library.
The librarian spoke about the history of the holiday, the importance of the state and other languages, the role of language in human life and society. Proverbs, aphorisms and statements of famous personalities about language were heard in Kazakh, Russian and English. The participants were also offered a quiz.

The event contributed to broadening the participants’ horizons, increasing interest in their native language and culture, and developing communication skills. All participants actively participated in the discussion and tasks, and showed interest.

The entertaining hour was held in a warm atmosphere, was useful and educational for all those present, and reminded them of the importance of taking care of their native word and the linguistic heritage of the people.
