The Constitution of a Sovereign Country

On August 28, 2025, the Novomarinovskaya rural library held a legal hour: “The Constitution of a Sovereign Country”, dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The librarian spoke about the importance, role and significance of the Basic Law of the state, and focused on the rights of the child in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
