«A talented poet composes speech into patterns»

On 03.02.2023, the Sochi Rural Library, as part of the events on the anniversaries of art, prepared a creative portrait «A talented poet composes speech into patterns» dedicated to the 180th anniversary of the birth of Akan Seri Koramsaula. The purpose is to get acquainted with the biography and work of the Kazakh folk poet — akyn, singer — composer. The librarian gave an overview of the poet’s work, briefly told the biography of the poet, an outstanding Kazakh composer, who from a young age was distinguished by a craving for music and poetry, and about his constant participation in festivals and competitions. She introduced the outstanding works of Akan — the songs «Kulager», «Manmanger», «Makpal», «Balkadisha», «Kokzhendet», «Syrymbet», etc. — which have taken a worthy place among the musical treasures of songwriting. The library has a thematic shelf «A talented poet composes speech into patterns».
