All jobs are needed, all jobs are important

On April 21, 2025, a debate on the topic «All jobs are needed, all jobs are important» was held in the Novoselskaya rural library, for the year 2025 — the Year of blue-collar jobs in Kazakhstan. At the beginning of the debate, a brief overview of the history of celebrating professional holidays and the importance of blue-collar jobs in the economy and social life of the country was presented. Then the participants shared their thoughts and experiences related to the chosen professions. During the debate, the participants came to the conclusion that each profession plays an important role, and respected workers are the basis of our country’s prosperity. Of particular interest were the stories of rural workers who shared stories about their work activities and achievements. The main goal was to introduce the participants of the debate to the diversity of blue-collar jobs, emphasize their importance and contribution to the development of society, and increase respect and interest in blue-collar jobs within the framework of 2025 declared the Year of Blue-collar Jobs in Kazakhstan. The debate «All jobs are needed, all jobs are important» was a success, contributing to the expansion of knowledge and the formation of a respectful attitude towards work. The event met the objectives of the Year of Working Professions in Kazakhstan and will become a traditional event in the work of the Novoselskaya rural library.
