Earth is the source of life: we protect its resources

On April 22, 2025, the Novomarinovskaya rural library held an ecological assortment «Earth is the source of life: we protect its resources», dedicated to the International Earth Day. The librarian told the children about the wealth of resources that the planet has, about caring for nature, preserving animals and plants, and introduced them to environmental problems in the world and in our country. During the event, the children answered questions from an ecological quiz, solved riddles about air, water, and earth, and took part in the games «It depends on each of you», «Ecological assortment». At the end of the event, young readers came to the conclusion that caring for our planet is the business of all people on Earth, because planet Earth is a common home, a source of life.
