On October 8, 2024, an information minute was held in the Sepeyev rural library on the President’s message «Kazakhstani patriotism and civic consciousness.» The purpose of this event is to introduce young people to the message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, to deepen their knowledge of the political and economic situation in Kazakhstan, to form a sense of civic responsibility and civic duty to their country in the younger generation. The librarian noted that the next Message of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the people of Kazakhstan is aimed at improving the standard of living of the population, prosperity and development of independent Kazakhstan.
