«The Magic Tree of Fairy Tales»

On August 7, 2024, a literary game called «The Magic Tree of Fairy Tales» was held in the Yesengeldy rural library as part of the summer reading and children’s leisure program.
The purpose of the event: to introduce children to the oral folklore of the Kazakh people; to instill a love of reading fairy tales.
At the event, the children got acquainted with the oral folklore of the Kazakhs. They remembered what Kazakh fairy tales they knew, got acquainted with the books. Then they took an active part in a quiz on their knowledge of Kazakh folk tales and their heroes. For correct answers, they received leaves with which they decorated the tree.
