“Ulus Jochi — the history of time”
11/06/2024 In the Marinovskaya rural children’s library, an hour of history “Ulus Jochi — the history of time” was held for the 800th anniversary of education, according to the special project “Great names of the Great Steppe”.
The librarian told the story of the formation of Ulus Jochi. The Golden Horde or Ulus Jochi — a multinational state of central Eurasia in the 13th — 15th centuries. The largest state of the Middle Ages. Since 1224 — Ulus as part of the Mongol Empire. After its division in the second half of the 13th century, it became a sovereign state. By the middle of the 15th century, the Ulus of Jochi split into several independent khanates. The purpose of the event: to develop interest in the history of Kazakhstan, study and preserve the historical and cultural heritage of the Great Steppe.
