“Tulip Blooming in the Steppe”

On May 14, 2024, the Sochi Rural Library held an educational hour “Tulip Blooming in the Steppe,” dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of Sholpan Imanbaeva. The goal is to acquaint readers with the biography and work of the poetess. The librarian spoke about the first Kazakh Soviet poetess, a spokesman for the poorest segments of the population, Sholpan Imanbaeva, who, after studying educational courses, worked as a teacher in the city children’s commune and often spoke with her poems to students of women’s courses.
