“The strength of the country is in the Unity of the people”

30/04/2024 In Borisov rural library, for the celebration of the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan, an ethnographic hour “The strength of the country is in the Unity of the people” was held. Goal: To develop a sense of citizenship and patriotism; to form an idea about the peoples inhabiting Kazakhstan, to introduce them to the culture, traditions and history of the holiday. At the beginning of the event, the children were introduced to the history of the holiday, the national traditions and hospitality of the people of Kazakhstan. Then they remembered proverbs and sayings about friendship, recited poems and took part in the “Together we are one” quiz. Also in the library for all groups of readers. An illustrated book exhibition “The Strength of the Country is in the Unity of the People” was organized.
