“The Image of a Scientist and a Man”

On April 26, 2024, the Sochi Rural Library prepared a video review “The Image of a Scientist and a Man,” dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the birth of Alekei Margulan. The goal is to provide readers with information about his life and work. The librarian told readers about the life and achievements of A. Margulan, about the multifaceted aspects of his scientific and social activities. She touched upon the significance of Alkey Khakanovich’s works in the study of the historical and cultural heritage of Kazakhstan, his contribution to the study of the scientific heritage of Sh. Ualikhanov, as well as his attention to the ethnography of the history of the peoples of Eurasia, including his work in the field of oral folk art.
