«Forms of child abuse»

On April 16, 2024, in the Sepeevskaya rural library, with members of the women’s club «Aphrodite» on promoting a healthy lifestyle, a lecture-seminar «Forms of child abuse» was held. Child abuse cannot be tolerated under any circumstances, and the certainty is that the use of violence benefits the interests of the child is extremely erroneous and even criminal. What is child abuse, what is considered violence, what liability can follow for its use and how to protect the child — all these points were discussed.
Goal: Create an environment at home characterized by warmth, positive interest and involvement of adult family members in children.
Do not use threats and intimidation of children to solve domestic problems.
Do not stoop to mutual insults and harsh accusations against each other and the children.
Remember that psychological violence (i.e., humiliation of self-esteem, verbal abuse, rudeness towards children) can deeply hurt a child.
