“A Hero in the Hearts of the People”

On April 15, 2024, the Bastau rural model library held a patriotic hour “A Hero in the Hearts of the People” dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the first Minister of Defense of independent Kazakhstan, a participant in the Great Patriotic War, Hero of the Soviet Union, Khalyk Kakarmany, Army General Sagadat Nurmagambetov. Goal: to acquaint the younger generation with the legendary life and merits of the figure.
