“Law and Corruption”

On April 10, 2024, the rural library of Akan Kurmanov held a legal hour “Law and Corruption.” Goal: popularization of knowledge about methods of civil anti-corruption. During this event, the librarian explained to readers what is meant by the word corruption and why the legislative framework has been formed, namely the law “On the Fight against Corruption.”
The librarian also announced updated articles of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, which apply specifically to corruption crimes.
